Your questions, answered.
How long is the trial?
Seven days, with every feature. You save your card or a SEPA mandate when choosing your plan: nothing is charged before the trial ends, and you can cancel in two clicks before then. There is no commitment.
Does Kadanso take a commission on my sales?
No, none. Members pay into your own Stripe account. You pay your Kadanso subscription and Stripe’s fees at their public rates. That’s it.
Can my members pay by Bancontact and Direct Debit?
Yes: Bancontact, bank card and SEPA Direct Debit. The mandate is signed online, from the member’s phone.
Does it suit a yoga or aerox studio?
Yes. Kadanso handles CrossFit (WODs, scores, leaderboards) as well as studio group classes: aerox, HIIT, yoga, cycling, pilates. Switch on what you need.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union. For your members’ data, GRABE acts as your gym’s processor, under a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement.
Can I get my data back if I leave?
Yes, for free, at any time. Your data belongs to you.
